What's the catch with the free first bid?
There is not one. You forward an email or paste a link, we run our full pipeline, and you get a printable risk brief plus a priced material takeoff back within 1 business day. If you do not like it, you do not pay. If you do like it and want a second analysis, the next one is $249.
Why one flat price and no volume discount?
Each bid runs through the same pipeline regardless of how many we get from you in a month — the cost to us does not drop with volume. A flat $249 is simpler than tier math, and most GCs we talked to preferred it.
How is a "bid" counted?
One bid = one set of PDFs analyzed together. Re-running the same set with a new addendum does not double-count. Splitting one bid into multiple submissions to game pricing — please do not.
Can I get an invoice or pay via PO?
Yes. Reply to the delivery email or message [email protected] and Max will send a PO/invoice manually. Net-30 terms are fine for established GCs.
Can we self-host this?
Yes — enterprise self-host runs the entire pipeline on your infrastructure (Linux or macOS). Bids and outputs never touch our servers. Email [email protected] for licensing.
